You can learn a great deal about candidates during the interview process – but you can’t see them put their knowledge to use effectively. That’s why PBSI offers you a chance to do a Working Interview!
If you are considering one of our associates for a
temp or temp-to-hire position, you can take the opportunity to have that
associate come and work for a day at your facility.
If, at the end of the day, you decide that this is the candidate for you,
the associate will continue to report to work.
If you decide that the associate does not have the skills you require, just call PBSI before noon and we will contact the associate and let
him or her know
it didn’t work out. If the
relationship is not a good fit, there will be no cost to you for the day.
(However, PBSI will pay the candidate for the day of work.)
We are confident that
our extensive
testing, screening and training process will result in quality placements
for our clients. We want you to be able to see for yourself how effective our testing and
training is in identifying the best candidates for your available positions.
