An experienced, qualified account manager will go over an in-depth questionnaire with you so we can be sure we understand your needs.

We establish an hourly bill rate based on the level of experience you are looking for in a candidate.

We assign a PBSI temporary associate to work at your site for the duration of the assignment.  We pay the employee weekly and bill you, the client, weekly.  If there are issues of any type during the assignment, PBSI will address them immediately.  When you are ready to end the assignment, you just let us know and we will inform the associate.
