PBSI's Temp to Hire Program offers an excellent opportunity to preview a candidate's background, experience and work performance.  It's also a great way to assess attitude, motivation, and fit with your company's culture.  Here's how the process works:

An experienced, qualified account manager will go over an in depth questionnaire with you so we can be sure we understand your needs.

We present detailed profiles of qualified candidates for your review.  You can then determine whether you would like to bring them in for an interview or have them start immediately - consider a working interview!

You identify and select the best candidate for your needs.  PBSI will present the position to the candidate and arrange the assignment terms, conditions, and hourly pay rate.

You are billed at an hourly rate for the associate during the temp to hire period.  When you are ready to hire our employee, PBSI will discount our direct hire placement fee based on the number of hours an associate has worked for you on a temp to hire basis.
