PBSI is proud of the reputation our associates have built over the years that we have been in business.  In order to uphold that reputation, our training program is on an invitation only basis.  Candidates will be selected on the following criteria:

• Alphanumeric and numeric data entry test scores of at least 6,500 keystrokes per hour
• Behavioral based interview process
• Location of available positions at the time of training
• Professional and personal references

The training program serves as a five-day evaluation period.  We know that your professionalism in class will carry over to a job assignment, therefore we expect participants to follow our standards from the first day of training.
