Although CMAs have traditionally been clinically oriented, many of our clients have a need for CMAs with some billing and/or administrative skills. PBSI will train and test CMAs in the basic concepts of medical billing, including all front desk activities. The training is always presented with a customer service orientation so that candidates appreciate the significant role that superior customer service has in the medical practice environment.
