Ref:  Letter of Resignation

Dear Tisia,

I would like to thank you for offering me the opportunity to work for Physician Billing Solutions, Inc.  You have been more than supportive of me in my obstacles and endeavors, both professionally and personally.  Tisia, I would especially like to thank you for the pep talks while I was coping with my father's illness and then his death. Words can not express the concern and understanding you gave throughout my employment at PBSI.  Thank you.

Your incentive programs encouraged and motivated me to put my best foot forward and treat my position as if it were a permanent position, and there was a possibility  that it would be.  No matter what the situation was on the job, if it was of concern to me, then it was of concern to you. Regardless of time of day, you made sure that we had a solution to the problem before the next business day. I would definitely recommend PBSI to to others as an avenue to a more successful future.  Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything.
