Dear Kathy,

As you already know, and pursuant to our phone conversation of this date, please accept this as my letter of resignation from PBSI.  Healthline Chiropractic has offered me a full-time position after only two days on this assignment, and I have chosen to accept.

Your company has done an exceptional job in matching my talents and abilities to this assignment and in placing me as quickly as you have.  My relationship with PBSI has been professional and rewarding, and I would heartily recommend your firm to anyone who listens.
