Vacations and Holidays are a time for you to rest, relax, and pursue special interests. PBSI has provided vacation and holiday pay as one way to show our appreciation to our associates. We offer paid time off to associates who meet the following criteria:
2000 hrs of work for PBSI = 2 vacation/ 2 holidays
3000 hrs = 3 vacation/ 3 holidays
4000 hrs = 4 vacation/ 4 holidays
5000 hrs = 5 vacation/ 5 holidays
6000 hrs = 6 vacation/ 6 holidays
When taking any vacation time, it is your responsibility to notify both PBSI and the client by submitting a time off request form for approval. PBSI recognizes the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Independence Day
Thanksgiving Day
Memorial Day
Labor Day
Christmas Day
If you are eligible for a paid vacation or holiday, simply indicate that you are using one of those days on your time card by writing PAID VACATION or PAID HOLIDAY where you would usually fill in your hours. PBSI will verify your eligibility and pay you your regular hourly rate for your regularly scheduled daily hours. You can call PBSI any time to find out if you are eligible for paid time off.
