An experienced, qualified account manager will go over an in depth questionnaire with you so we can be sure we understand your needs.

We will present candidate resumes of candidates for your review based on their performance during our extensive screening process.  In addition to the resumes we will forward the test scores for candidates you choose to consider.  PBSI makes all of the interview arrangements with the candidate, you just provide times that would work for you.

Once you make a decision to offer a candidate the position, PBSI will extend that offer to the candidate.  Upon his or her acceptance of the position, you will work directly with the candidate to begin your hiring process.
